My first experience with Moses was a disaster. I was sold inferior frames that would not fit the wrongly cut lenses. After returning to the Lowell office 3 different times and your technicians trying to force bad lenses into 3 different sets of bad frames, I gave up on Moses. Bad service with cheap products. I'll not be returning to Moses.

The doctors are great. Everyone is very friendly. They aren't great about answering the phone but, they do always call back. Today I called because the arm broke off of my daughters glasses and they are nice enough to repair.

Doctors are good but I had a problem with deceptive pricing. I ended up paying an extra $159.00 after I had already paid my bill. They gave me a detailed account of why it happened so I paid it but it was still deceptive and very disturbing.

Very pleasant experience! They came to the rescue just before closing time, I happened to had broke my frames while on the job and away from my local optometrist, they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new set of frames. Excellent customer service.Thank you Moses!

They tell you one price for visit then later on change the price for the same services charging three times the amount. If you want an office that is upfront about prices do not go here. To clarify I was not reached out to immediately. I was told at the office when I originally disputed the price someone would call me. They never called. I received a bill in the mail. I called them, then that person called someone else. I wasn't called back until the next day. They told me a different price that I owed stating they were doing me a favor and could have charged me the full price. No, if you were to do the right thing I would be charged the price I was told when I made the appointment, and the two other follow up visits relating to the appointment. Not a higher fee.

Family member went to this location for an exam and glasses. Pays fee at exam appt and not given or offered a receipt. Day of glasses pick still not given or offered a receipt. This should be automatic. Nobody should have to ask for one. Also the day of pickup whoever was in the front office knew said family member was there and they waited longer than they should have to be helped because the office person was in the back ON AN PERSONAL CALL. So glad I didn't choose Moses for myself.

Highly recommend Dr. Jenn- I have been seeing her for 15+ years (which is crazy that either of us are that old to be making that kind of statement). SUPER awesome doc and person. Staff is always super friendly (Alison is great) and take criticism and feedback very well to make the future experiences amazing,

In my experience with Moses they can't seem to get it together. They have always been patient and kind but I've had issues with my eyes and contacts since my eye exam in the beginning of December. I have been back about six times, going from one location to another. I just want a pair of contacts that I can actually see thru. I've never had issues with any other eye doctor I visited in the past so this is highly frustrating.

Doctors are great but customer service is terrible. First problem is that they NEVER answer the phone. I have to drive all the way to the office to make an appointment or if I have a question. I always check first and I always call during business hours. I try for several days then I finally just go to the office. The other problem is I always end up owing at least $100 or more than what I was quoted even with insurance. There always seems to be some kind of mix up I'm called about after I've already paid. This is at least the 2nd time it has happened. I think I'm done with this place.

I would recommend Moses Eye Center to everyone. Not only are they friendly and knowledgeable, they truly care about their patients well being too. Thank you Dr. Rob and your staff for everything!

I had an issue with my daughter's glasses. She needed a replacement. I thought I was not eligible for a replacement, but one of your service reps, Veronica, went above and beyond. She contacted our insurance company. Then she called to tell me my daughter would indeed get her replacement eyeglasses and I would be contacted when they were ready. Working in the health insurance industry, I am all too familiar with the frustrations of patients and providers. Veronica is an asset a gem to patients. Thank you for everything you did. :-)

Dr Ashley is so kind. The entire staff is very friendly! Morgan who got me checked in was spunky and overall the environment was friendly and welcoming. Everyone was Very helpful and patient! This was my first visit at the Lowell office and it was a pleasant one!
