“Been renting a storage unit on Route 2 in Lowell from Austgen Properties for many years! I believe the price only increased once in over 12 years. Had trouble with the spring on the overhead door. Called in on a Sunday and spoke with answering service. Door was fixed on Monday afternoon. Lot is secure and well lit. Close to home and convenient. Even rented an apartment many years ago owned by Austgen Properties. Price back then was fair, common areas clean and maintenance was always there when needed. Would recommend Austgen Properties for your rental and Electrical needs. Joe.”

I was moving to Chicago from out of state a long drive and a long trip with a 15 foot truck and I was running a day late and they were very flexible and worked with me and I cannot thank them enough, not only that they were able to unload my truck in less than a two hour quote up a flight of stairs that were very difficult and they were very nice accommodating and great customer service. I will definitely use them again. You cannot go wrong with these guys!!!
