Called for flatbed tow and was told couldn't do it for several hours and then gave me a new tow truck company who was able to help me. Very pleasant and helpful lady answered the phone.

Thank you for your excellent service. We locked our keys in our vehicle when traveling out of state. Called 3 lock smiths and they all gave us the around for 3 hours. Called Ray and Walleys towing and they were there within 45 mins. They got us back on the road within 15 mins. Thank you again. We greatly appreciate the service you provided.

As sad as it is that my first new car got totaled and that they had to come out and tow my vehicle away after the accident I was in. I just want to say that John who is an employee there was very kind and helpful with allowing me to come get my things out of my car right before closing. Luckily I think we were only there for an extra 5 or 10 minutes past the closing time im very grateful he still allowed me to get my belongings when he easily could have turned us away and told us to come back at normal business hours. I want to thank them for helping me.

They do tows for a company I work for named Yellow transportation they swap out and heavy tows come to find out they have a office down the street from me So I gave him a call and he gave me a good price a time to pick up and have a tow it went fast and easy....
