My boyfriend took his car in for oil change (car was purchased from here about a year ago). During the inspection they do the service tech told my boyfriend he needed to replace his brake pads and rotors for $600. He opted to do the job himself. As he did so he agreed that the pads needed to be replaced but there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rotors!!! DISGUSTING!

The check engine light came on on our car as we were driving from DC to Iowa, we found this location on yelp in Lowell since we have family here. We called them and they were willing to fit us in on short notice so we could continue our trip. Sean was great!! He used the diagnostic tool to figure out what needed to be done confirmed they had the part and had us out and driving the next morning. We felt they were extremely honest and helpful. Highly recommend

I would give this a zero star, But that's not an option. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. My mistake when I went to buy 2 cars there and I guess I wasn't dressed like I could buy my vehicle In cash, because NO ONE asked if we wanted to test drive a truck. We bought 1 truck and on separate times purchased 2 other cars from Phillips in Frankfort. We purchased the tire wheel warranty for all cars. We took our truck in and let them know we had the warranty. Found out they didn't go through the proper steps THEIR MISTAKE, and now the tire isn't covered! Spoke to the general manager and he said " sorry you must not have told us that, nothing we can do" really. I purchased the warranty, first words out of my mouth when I told them I had an issue. The worst customer service I have ever experienced by staff and manager ! DONT GO THERE

I wish I could give this dealer a zero rating, but that is not possible. We leased a car at Smith, and there was a "disposition fee" of $422 incurred, payable to GM Financial when it was returned, if another vehicle was not subsequently purchased or leased. My problem is that we received this bill despite purchasing another vehicle at Smith and financing it through GM Financial, as a replacement for the vehicle that we leased. We did this a couple months before the lease ended. When I called Smith to inquire about this, I was promised a call back after they looked into it. Not only did they never call me back, when I called them the next day, I was told I needed to "take it up with GM Financial". They refused to help me, saying they could not get involved with personal issues. In past years I purchased two vehicles and leased four more from Smith, but I will never buy from them again - buyer beware!
