UPDATE: I just had my truck in for Service and it took a day longer than what I was told. I go to pick it up and all seems good until I drove it. I double checked to make sure there wasn't something just rolling around in the door pockets or floorboards. There is something rolling around in the dash that shouldn't be there. This tells me that it was either not test drove after the work was completed or just ignored. Now I have to take it back to get it resolved. The guy says it should only take 1 hour. Well are you going to pay me my hourly wage to bring it back? better yet give me one hour of labor back that I paid for. I am beyond frustrated. I paid roughly 120.00 an hour for labor(1600.00 total) all for a $55.00 part. They could have washed my windshield to remove all the finger prints they left behind and not left a part or tool rolling around in the dash. I work for Ford and drive a Ford but this will not be my dealer or service location moving forward.Very frustrating. More and more Smith Ford is dropping the ball on their Service. I keep giving them chances because I want to support my local Ford Dealer but will be looking for another dealer to service my vehicles.I am now of the opinion they are only good for Oil changes or the works package.I take my vehicles here for oil changes or the works package on a regular basis. I recommend to be there when they open for this service. Recent oil change and only complaint was no one called to let me know it was completed. I have an upcoming appointment so I will review again soon.

Garbage customer service. I had no way of contacting this place of business at all, phone number posted is a phone number for some overseas scam operation about a reward program and nothing else they wont direct you nowhere else. Would not recommend at all, worst ford dealership in all of the midwest very shady.

If I could give a zero I would. The service manager is completely rude. Told me I didn’t know how to drive a 10 speed automatic. And he sees that I just bought my car two months ago, so maybe I didn’t understand the car. My 2020 explorer should not shift hard every time I drive it!! It only has 24k miles. Why would I drop my car off and inconvenience myself if I didn’t truly believe something was wrong??? I will pick my car up and gladly take my business elsewhere!! Horrible horrible customer service!! Go elsewhere!!!! Shame on you Smith Ford!

Possibly the worst dealer service center I have ever been to! I have been taking my truck to Smith for service for the last 5 years and they never fail to disappoint. This time I had an engine code, P300. Took a full week to change my plugs and they never called to let me know when it was complete. Not to mention now my truck has a loud tick that wasn't there when I went in.

Called July 14th, asked about an alignment. Guy quoted me for 119.00. I asked if I needed an appointment. He said no and that he could get to it the 17th if I drop it off at 10am, itd get done by close.I went to drop it off on the 17th, I am a timid quiet guy, and I politely told the lady I was here to drop it off. She said I needed an appointment and I told her the situation. She said no guy worked here that day for the service center. I showed her my phone call log. She told me sometimes the sales area will pick up the phone. I politely told her well why would the sales reps be making essentially schedules or promises of services for specific days if they are not able too? She told me we have an appointment open for the 21st. I said I cannot, but asked her if she could please pass this along so that this doesnt happen to someone else, and she again says we have an appointment open on the 21st....She wouldn't even acknowledge the problem, and how that was unfair and apologize for that happening. She just kept ignoring what I had to say.When I left I told her I know its not your fault, but this whole ordeal was absurd. And again she offered no apology or anything.Part of guest service is you speak for the business you work for. As part you apologize on behalf of the business, when something that shouldn't happen is experienced by a guest.All she could say was we have an open spot on the 21st. No acknowledgement or apology of what happened.This was my first ever visit here, I traveled 15 miles to try this place. Never again. Plenty of Ford service centers out there.This location has no accountability for actions of their employees.

My 2022 Ford Raptor purchase with Dan Bard at Smith Ford of Lowell was an exceptional experience! Dan is a very straightforward, honest, and up front guy and I have only great things to say about him and this dealership. The buying experience was top notch, Dan was very patient with me coming from out of town, the pricing and selection was far better than everyone else nearby, and the entire process was seamless. Dan even had appreciation for the great condition of a ten year old truck I traded in and the trade in value I was given was significantly higher than three other dealerships I had spoken to recently. I can't emphasize how refreshing it was to deal with a dealership that didn't play games or hide anything. Dan is a great guy and called this morning, a couple months after purchase now, to check in and see how the truck was working out and how we were doing. Title affidavits and processing paperwork arrived in my mailbox just a few days after purchase as well. This small town dealership still has the customer service many of us have known but watched fade away elsewhere. Thanks again Dan and everyone else at Smith Ford who handled this transaction. You're all great and highly recommended!

Great place, after a few other dealer stops and walking away disappointed. Smith Ford's Justin Kinnis was fantastic. Their atmosphere in that dealership was five stars. No pressure no false promises. Just honest answers. The whole staff was helpful. Thanks again Smith Ford.

Great Experience, they were first class all the way. I never expect much anymore at dealerships, but they rolled out the red carpet for sure. EJ was beyond helpful, but the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived; I live 4 hours away and I’d buy there again.

Long story short, I had a flat tire this morning. I had tried filling it but the leak was too big. It was raining and I was soaked. I pull into Smith hoping they'll put my spare on for me on my BMW so I can make it to work. They got me in immediately and had me right back on the road. Needless to say they earned my business for 4 new tires solely based on their customer service. Thank you!

Great place with great customer service. Smith Ford turned what could have been a bad experience into a great one. Brought my old vehicle in for repair and ended up leaving with a new one. E.J. in sales was able to get me into a new vehicle after my old one was becoming a money pit to repair. Thank you to the service team as well for recognizing that that the repair was going to be excessive. Outstanding customer service all around!
