I had a lot of questions because this is my first time without experience trying to finance my car. Vesna Radiceski was absolutely not patient or friendly what so ever. I came in with a positive attitude and i am leaving with a very negative attitude because of this woman’s attitude was horrible and wouldn’t answer any of my questions her name is Vesna Radiceski.

The member service rep, Lamesia, at the Lowell branch is fabulous and really went above and beyond when helping me secure an auto loan! She helped me jump through a few hoops due to my unique situation and I'm very grateful she understood my situation and took it upon herself to help me get what I needed. Lamesia is very personable, listens very well, empathizes, and really cares about helping her members! I've been with Tech for 15 years and will continue because of employees like Lamesia. Thank you again!

They are the absolute worst bank. I went in 2 weeks ago to cash my first check and it went direct deposit into my account and now the second time they say it's on hold for 5 days

I don’t know if the girl I was being helped by was having a bad day or what not but I am not liking her attitude. Yes I had a lot of questions because this is my first time without experience trying to refinance my car. She was absolutely not patient or friendly what so ever. I came in with a positive attitude and i am leaving with a very negative attitude because of this woman’s attitude her name is Vesna Radiceski. I wanted to ask for all of my information back and walk out. The only way I would recommend coming here to my friends is that I’m going to recommend that they don’t come here.

Best customer ever. My card was hacked 30 minutes before leaving on vacation. After a short phone call they had a new one waiting for me when i got there. Very friendly

Absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated from the Lowell branch staff and manager. Thankfully the staff at the Crown Point branch addressed and solved the issue (replacement/new debit card) in 6 minutes. If it had not been for the positive experience at Crown Point, I would have taken MY money and MY business elsewhere.

Used their "online banking" to pay bills, and received confirmation numbers for the transactions. For most places that would be the end of the story. When I began receiving "final notices" and service charges for late bills, I checked and almost none of my bills were sent out! Some from 2 months prior! There was plenty of money in my account to pay the bills. (I should mention that no money was withdrawn from my account, thank heavens.) Ok, I'm back to writing checks - which is fine. But now there is a recurring $4.25/mo charge on my account because I no longer use this service. What?! Will be switching as soon as I get the paperwork for my local bank finished.

Horrible horrible place to bank. I have been locked out of online banking for 5 days. Left multiple messages on the help line they say you need to call to unlock no one in 5 days has returned my call!! I call the manager of it Laura I think her name was she says “well no one was here yesterday so that’s why you didn’t get a call” what about the two whole days before? Then she lied about sending me a code after I completely verified my account multiple times. This is by far the worst customer service oriented bank in Indiana. Now again no one answers their phone... I would never recommend anyone bank here.

The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Do not be upset if they ask for your ID, they are just doing their job protecting your accounts.
