“I can't believe it, and I never would have guessed it, but I'm telling every person I know to go Access Auto in Lowell when they need a vehicle. This place far surpassed my expectations! When I was looking for a used truck, most of the reviews for used car lots were what I expected... 2½ stars describing slippery car salesmen and lemon cars. And the CARMAX service on our last two vehicles left a lot to be desired. Carvana, NO thank you!

When we bought our truck at Access there were a few little things we noticed that we wanted fixed, and Danny fixed them right up! When we went back, my daughter gave me a ride in her Jeep and we pulled in with a burning hot, smoking back tire! He was so helpful, and Danny went above and beyond to make sure we got home safely!

I've had my 2010 truck for over a month now, and every time I call, he answers the phone happily, calling me by name. A light came on the dash, he had me bring it right in, told me he'd take care of me, and again... he fixed the problem! This family business has earned all of my future business, and loyalty as a customer, and has honestly blown me away. I feel like I got a good deal because of their devotion and good, old-fashioned customer service. I love my truck, and I feel like I could have them over for dinner! They're great people! No BS, get your next used car here, and tell Danny that Dawn sent you! You won't regret it!

We had several questions about brakes, tires, oil, etc and Kris was patient and glad to answer them. He allowed us the test-drive all the places we wanted (like ROUGH 9-mile road) & wasn’t at all bothered that we needed to put a car seat in the vehicle for the test drive.

My grandfather who is a “car guy” went with me and said he couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I quite agree.

We are so happy with this experience we’ve asked Kris to keep his eye out for another vehicle for us. HIGHLY recommend the oldest dealer in CP!”

“I bought 2 SUV's from this guy.The first was in about 2001 it was a 1994 Ford Explorer in VG condition.4x4 a/c and just the basics after that.It was high mileage when i bought it.....about 144k.....but that truck got me everywhere i wanted to go.I put over 100k more miles on it.But one day i found out someone put a Chevy spare tire under it. and those won't fit a Ford wheel.....lol...then the old age started showing up.Great Truck though...!!!......Then i bough a 1995 Explorer in about 03....and this was a.POS junker.Every time i would fix something..... another thing would need replacing.Nickel and dimed me to death.”

“I just happened to be riding my bike home, when I noticed the car in the lot. With the weather cooling down, I knew I needed to consider buying a car soon, but I was not actively looking. While the Chevy Spark is tiny, it does the job for me. In good condition, low mileage for the age, and fairly inexpensive considering what cars are costing now. The agents were professional and worked with me while I got my paperwork and deposit together. The financing was reasonable, and they even helped me put my bike in the back of the car! I am a very happy customer! So far, I have no issues with the car, other than having to replace the tires, and getting an oil change. (something that I was expecting anyway with winter coming up) .”
