The girl at the front desk greeted and checked me in right away - and tolerated my poor kitty's wailing from the carrier - and I didn't have to wait long before we were brought to a room for examination.April and Dr. Paula were absolutely WONDERFUL to deal with and I felt like my animal was in very good hands. They quickly and clearly recommended treatment for my cat and walked me through the entire process.
