I was pressured at Walmart when I wanted to buy a straight talk phone from Verizon to go to AT&T. What a mistake! It picked up no better than what I had from Verizon. I was assured it would, also if I returned it within 30 days, I would owe nothing. Bought on July 14th returned on the 26th of July & I just received a bill for over $100.!!!!! I tried to explain that I did not use the service because it had no better service and it is almost and hour to get back to the store. Called the number, it was out of the US, asked for someone in US, an US number or a supervisor. None of that was available. After hour on the phone I finally got tired of arguing with him and hung UP. The person selling the phone was not even working for walmart, he worked for AT&T and was trying to make commission, there were two other people returning AT&T phones the same day!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this location to friends and family a lot. I always go to this store because the staff here is amazing. They’ve been very helpful the past few years I’ve been going here. Would highly recommend going here if you ever need assistance.
