They've got my business for years. Don was very professional and was able to get my car right in, diagnosed the problem and gave me clear, up-front pricing (which was very reasonable). He's got years of experience, so he was able to fix my exhaust problem for less than $100, which was a huge relief as I thought it would be 5x that. Highly recommend!

They got me in immediately, got my car diagnosed, and had me fixed up within a day. It was quick, easy, and effective.
My check engine light had turned on. I had gone to a different shop for a diagnosis, and they told me that it was going to be $1500 to fix. They said I needed both my catalytic converters replaced. My coworkers had warned me that they were overcharging me though, so I decided to get a second opinion and went on the hunt. Every other shop in town though was too busy, they couldn’t get me in at all, or were just closed for some reason. However, Bentleys got me in immediately for a free diagnostic.
The first thing they noticed was that I had a bunch of old check lights on. They probably weren’t the current issue, so they decided to reset all of my check engine lights. They told me to go home, wait until it turned on again, and come back so they could figure out what was actually wrong with my engine. Turns out it wasn’t the catalytic converters, I just needed my PCV valve replaced, which was only a $300 fix. Since it was late in the day, they told me to come back the next day after lunch and they’d get me fixed up so I did, and they had my car up and running within 45 minutes. All the issues I’d been having were gone. They’d also gotten the air bubble out of my antifreeze that I’d caused, which was why my heating wasn’t working. They fixed that part for free!
Overall the service was excellent. It was quick, everyone was kind, and the sweet lady at the desk offered me free coffee and water while I waited. I highly recommend them and intend to go back again.
