Well I brought my truck in to get a simple tire repair, and the guys in the shop were talking too much instead of working on the vehicle before mine, which was taking too long. I’m not referring to the guys in the office, they were great, but if you are hired to work on someone’s tires, maybe you should do it instead of talking to your buddy, that way customers can get out and get to where they need to be.

My husband went to Big O on Friday since he had a bolt and metal piece in the front tire. They patched the tire only for my husband to return home and the tire going flat. They rounded off the lug nuts and we couldn't get them off. Not going there again.

Stopped. Priced tires. Opening in 15 minutes.
Tires mounted and alignment done.
Out the door in 3 hours with lunch.

Best service I have ever had anywhere. They went above and beyond, their tech's really know what they are doing. They even caught that I brought in the wrong weight oil. I could not ask for better service.
