This creates a problem for those needing to request prescription refills. However, an update notes that the pharmacy has recently begun answering phones again, with a wait of a few minutes. The rewards member club offers many deals and savings. While the pharmacy receives negative feedback about phone service, in-person experiences are often positive, with staff going out of their way to help customers get their medication even near closing time.
When I shop at CVS I always have a great experience. I know if I need help with something there will be a staff member available. Very friendly team members

We always have a positive experience, when we stop in to our local CVS. It’s almost like we are visiting family, whenever we go in. Whether it’s for retail shopping, or Pharmacy needs, you won’t be disappointed.
