“It's my understanding that rooms are being updated so my comment is based upon the yet to be updated room we stayed in. The room was large and had all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and not worn out. The bathroom wallpaper was beginning to peel. Why do they wallpaper bathrooms anyway? Seems like it always peels. We did not like the keurig coffee maker or the pods provided. We will bring a french press for our next stay. You never know how often the coffee makers get cleaned. The room had a DVD player however the batteries in the remote were dead and corroded. I removed them so they would not cause more corrosion. We will probably make a return once all the rooms have been updated.”
“Great place to stay! We did a weekend trip, wasn't long enough. So many more sites to see and places to go.
The owners and the staff is very nice.
They have golf cart shuttling to main st and to festivals like Ribberfest. The breakfast was nice with a pancake maker, coffee, even hard-boiled eggs, juices and more. Breakfast on the back deck in the mornings overlooking the river was beautiful. Friday and Saturday night was fun with music on the back deck. The bar inside is cozy and friendly.
We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.”

“We just stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast. The inn keeper, Melodie, was fabulous!!! She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the history of this beautiful home. Our room was very clean, and we slept very well on the comfy mattress. The breakfast was delicious!!!
Will return to this lovely place in the future. A true gem in Madison IN!!!!”
