Kroger Bakery features lovely and helpful staff who provide excellent customer service, including customizing cakes. The place is clean with friendly workers and good energy. However, there can be inconsistencies with hours, long lines, and occasional reports of rudeness. Some customers find the in-store experience does not always match advertised information. Despite this, many regard it as a favorite grocery store.

They tell you on internet open then go in close they need to change the list they have they have to many advertising and no one on same page totally rude
