I've had an account with them and Madison Bank n trust since I was 14.
I hate this bank in the last couple years. I've had nothing but trouble with them shutting my card off. I'm sick of it and going to German American Bank across the street my wife has no issues like I do here. Very annoying not having access to the money you work your ass off for. I'm done!
Then I'm insulted by the nerdy overweight teller. Do you even have a job....yup sure do little Debbie probably make 2-3x what you do here!
And as much in my side job.
German America will have my business now!

Never answer the phone and are hard to work with. Employees are nice but you have to actually be in the bank to get anything done.

Its like pulling teeth to get these people to do their job and actually answer the phones in that location! They literally pick up the phone and hang it right up, forward your call to voicemail after just one ring. I have even heard them sigh when they are forced to answer the phone. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL employees. There's an older man who works there that is very nice and helpful, his name is Randy, Tidy is also very sweet, but other than those two, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!!
