I hate to leave a negative review, but after reaching out to the dealership and no one returning my calls I feel I need to share my experience.
My 2021 Grand Cherokee had the message of service shifter. I called and made an appointment for September 24th. I was called on Monday, September 22nd and was told they needed to reschedule. When I asked why they said their technician would be having a family emergency that day. I understand that. First available was October 2nd. I took that appointment I was told there would be a $95 diagnostic fee. I'm fine with that. I dropped my car off at 11:00 am and received a call at 5:00pm telling me the auxiliary battery was bad and that was the problem. I agreed to leave the car overnight and assumed a new battery would be installed in the morning. I called the following morning around 11:00 am. I was informed they did not have a chance to get the car in yet, but hopefully by the end of the day. I said I would be picking my car up at 2:00 pm with or without the new battery. I arrived to pick up my car. The young lady helping me was rude. I received a bill of over $500.00 and the car still had the same message. I was told it needed more diagnostics. I asked for a list of the codes and I was begrudgingly given them. I asked why after putting the battery in did they not continue to seek out the problem. I was informed they had over 10 cars that day and didn't have time. I was told once again it needed more diagnostics. The error codes clearly relayed the problem. When I picked up my car the seat was not returned to the original position, floor mats were removed and the battery cover was laying on the floor. I called when I got home and shared my concerns. I was told someone would contact me. I had high hopes when this dealership changed hands, but I have learned my lesson and will not return to this Jeep dealership again.

I was amazed at the availability of the entire team, all the way to the owners. Super friendly and a family atmosphere. They made the purchase of my Bronco super smooth. I saw it on the lot Sunday, and by 10AM Monday, we closed the deal. BJ is super cool!
What I like best is that it is a family business, not a corporate dealer, so they know customer care is super important. Their genuineness showed it. Never once did I feel like I was being sold.
Even during the financing, they didn't try to sell me every thing under the sun. In fact, they specifically recommended ONLY what would be of my best benefit. So refreshing!
I definitely recommend this dealer!

After the service department first tried to charge us to figure out why they're $550 Repair did not work on one of our fleet vehicles. and then refusing to honor their warranty on a new vehicle we bought from them, we will be going out of town from now on. Ford really needs to vet who they allow to buy a dealership.

Where folks don't get enough credit for excellent customer service this day and age .. I have to commend two young ladies in the service department, Brianna and Desiree, for their care given to me as I had to make an emergency stop into the dealership as my jeep was almost undrivable.. Brianna had a technician drive my Jeep, he assessed the problem and it had to be left for service and Desiree was going to take me back to home since i had no ride back ..their kindness, professionalism in a business these days was truly refreshing...i made a phone call to the owner today to brag on these young ladies..I highly recommend this dealership in Madison for any automobile needs you may have... Definitely don't use their bank, use yours. Don't use their warranty, it doesn't cover anything.

I was nervous to buy a brand new car. I had been driving a 2007 Mustang for years that now has over 150k miles on it, so a 2025 car was a major change. Madison Automotive Group made it so easy and even fun! Everyone was friendly and has a great sense of humor. The took time to answer my questions, were patient with me on the test drive, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. They also included 2 years of free oil changes! I decided to go with a 2025 Ford Escape in carbonized gray color and I LOVE it!

Extremely disappointed in my hometown Ford dealership. I purchased my vehicle close to 6 years ago and it was a program vehicle. I have had my car serviced regularly across the years during which time the dealership changed hands a few times. I never thought much of it until I had an issue with my car this week. I have never had an issue. My check engine light came on and I immediately called the dealership as my Ford Pass App recommended. I couldn’t get through. So I called first thing in the AM and after explaining my issue was told they could not get me in until next week, 5 days away. I again explained my issue and was told that if I see my check engine light blink on and off again just “pull over!”
I told the service employee that the app told me it’s urgent that I have my car seen. And my service manual advised the same.
I was told that it’s most likely a fuel issue and it will be ok to wait 5 days.
Our family has purchased no less than 8 vehicles from this dealership. I will no longer place my trust in them. Highly disappointed! I’ll be looking for another trustworthy dealership from now on. If you have any urgent car issue DO NOT place your trust here. You’ll be disappointed too.
