Idea has done so much for my company from car wraps, marketing materials, and print jobs. They do it all in a timely manner and the highest quality. Plus, their staff is amazing!

Very disappointed, I spend like over $200 for some good quality cards and I notice when I received them the wording was not lined up, so I called them but they never called me back. I just open another box from the 1,000 cards I order ( barley opening second box ) and notice cards are a different color . I wanted to help a local business I will warn my realtors friends about this place

Horrible customer service tried to request a quote and make an appointment for a graphic install on my vehicle three times and the lady that answered my call never got back to me. Finally gave up and went to another company for my needs and in comparison to Idea printing they replied to me with a quote in less than 10 minutes.

I've been working with IDEA for the last 5 years for all our major and minor printing needs at work. This includes business cards, vinyl wraps on both structures and automobiles, flyers, embroidery, custom swag material such as drink ware, pens and so much more. They are always so flexible and deliver on time, all my projects are of the best quality and if we ever have an issue they are quick to fix the problem. IDEA is always up to compete for the best price as well, and are a pleasure to work with. Best of all is the great turn around time and staff.

Idea Printing have always done an amazing job with my print needs. The ladies there are always sweet and are sure to answer any questions right away. Not to mention fast and efficient at print jobs! For those who may think they are little pricier than say Kinkos...it's only by a few dollars and the quality/service is so much better! Worth it!

Wonderful customer service. We have our cars wrapped by them and our signs done by them. They print our newsletters and get everything back to us quickly with a great price. They are friendly and responsive and we enjoying working with them!

This place is horrible! I called first thing in the morning and told I would be emailed a quote and I never received one. Christina is really bad at her job and she is a liar. Management needs to know and needs to have her fired. Very disappointing! This place is a mess and needs to be corrected. It's a damn shame that businesses like these fail because of poor customer service and people like Christina. If you value your time and money don't come here for business.

Needed my rear windows wrapped because the old ones came off (these were not put on by Idea!) They did a wonderful job on the graphics and added some text on my request, results are beautiful, thanks for doing such a great job.
