“I can't thank Ralph and his team enough! I had an alteration issue (not because of them) with my dress 3 weeks til my wedding and they helped resolve the issue efficiently and beautifully. I was in a complete panic and honestly worried that my dress wasnt going to fit the way I had intended it to and they wasted no time making sure i felt beautiful in my dress and that it fit perfectly. He told me not to stress and that they would take care of it and he really delivered on that. The store is immaculate and has a variety of dresses with displays of fashion from different times which is super cool! The employees are kind and welcoming. “Great quality clothes. You really get what you pay for. I tend to find great stuff on the sale rack! The clothes last, if they're taken care of properly. i.e. -Not drying tops. I try to always hang dry my shirts. At times some things I get home and don't like, their return policy is great and hassle free!!! ?”

“We were looking for a dress for my 10 year old granddaughter for a father-daughter dance. They only had two dresses in stock. One fit perfectly and was an amazing price. Honestly she could have charged us five times more and I would have paid it. We had been in a different store and my 85 year old mom who just had a stroke this week needed to use the restroom and the previous store refused to allow her to use the restrooms. We stopped in Serendipity and she was more than happy to let mom use her restroom.”
