“We were looking for a dress for my 10 year old granddaughter for a father-daughter dance. They only had two dresses in stock. One fit perfectly and was an amazing price. Honestly she could have charged us five times more and I would have paid it. We had been in a different store and my 85 year old mom who just had a stroke this week needed to use the restroom and the previous store refused to allow her to use the restrooms. We stopped in Serendipity and she was more than happy to let mom use her restroom.”

“Great quality clothes. You really get what you pay for. I tend to find great stuff on the sale rack! The clothes last, if they're taken care of properly. i.e. -Not drying tops. I try to always hang dry my shirts. At times some things I get home and don't like, their return policy is great and hassle free!!! ?”

“I went in to Cato in Madison, Indiana looking for something in particular. I found the outfit I was looking for but it was the wrong size. I went to ask the associate if they had anymore in the back. She informed me that they do not and was unable to order more. She then, responded that one of the mannequins had the size I needed. So I was able to purchase the outfit after all. ❤❤❤”
“The shop is adorable and affordable! I have had an excellent experience every time I've visited. At first I thought it would be difficult to find things my size large/xl but I've never been disappointed with her selection. Unlike most boutiques all of her items are fairly priced and ranges from littles to plus size! If you like unique staples for your wardrobe I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
