The lunch team is excellent. Food is always hot, the dining room is always clean. I've visited for lunch over a year span. In that time I've never had a bad experience.They do a great job.

Waited inside for 20mins. Saw counter girl take order off screen. Ask about it and manager said nothing. Finally they we got our food and bags up the deleted items and sat on counter and said nothing to us.I said maybe you can say sorry for your wait or anything. She said it Labor Day. I know and I am working too no reason to be rude.We left and only got half our order and they will not pick up the phone.

My boyfriend and I went here on (7/5/23) around 10:45pm, he was driving and so he went ahead and ordered (he has a stutter that he has had since he was little, and it can sometimes take him a second to get what he wants to say out) so we pull up to the speaker to order, and he’s not so kindly greeted by a lady, oh well (that’s understandable with the time it was), but then as he’s trying to order which is taking a minute which is perfectly fine, the lady taking the order then Interrupted him and speaks through her microphone whether she knows we can hear her or not, proceeds to say loud and clear as he’s trying to order, “I ain’t a finna take his order” and then it went silent for a second and a new lady that was more quieter toned came on and tried to proceed nicely to take our order but at that point we decided we were not going to give business to a place that would pay a Person who can’t take the time of day to do their job along with treat others with kindness. I do not intend for this message to be hateful, I just wanted to spread awareness that some coworkers may need an evaluation and or a training on customer service in the near future.

I don’t normally go to Arby’s very often, but I saw the sign for the Garlic Ribeye sandwich and it sounded good. It was NOT, it was gross and way too garlicky! One medium meal cost me over $15 my Coke was flat, my fries were cold, and my sandwich was gross!! A total waste of money on an over priced item that went into the trash!! I will not be going back!!!
