“So I found C.A.R.S on accident. Accidently dialed his number, looking for another repair shop. He called me back. I told him what my issue was. We talked for a good 45 min about the issue. After telling him the issue he recommended doing other repairs while he had the engine out. I was skeptical about his busisness, being lack of a worthy shop, as in being a backyard mechanic. After a few days of contemplating, I told him "let's do it" I am in Fort Wayne and the vehicle needed towed to Marion. He added we can tow for X amount of money I agreed. He had the vehicle for about a week, and i stopped in and he walked me through everything he was doing. And was very detailed about the repair. I became friends with Corey at that moment, knowing I could trust this shop and him. I recommend C.A.R.S. and definitely would use him again!!! Very reasonable on price and he takes his time to make sure your vehicle is safe and put back correctly.”

“I couldn’t say one negative thing about this business. One time I needed my car fixed but could not sit and wait for it but also didn’t have a ride home. I explained my situation to Brian and they happily provided me a ride. That meant a lot to me being a mom with no “village” to help with things like that. Ever since then they’re always my first choice when it comes to working on either of my vehicles. Every time I need something done they schedule me in super quickly. I really appreciate the good communication. They always explain what the issue is in detail and give spot on estimates so I’m not surprised when I go to pay. I value a business that treats their customers like family and they definitely do that here. You might be able to save a few bucks going somewhere else but the service and peace of mind is absolutely worth the money. You won’t find this quality of service anywhere else in Marion.
