“Everyone that I worked with at Excel was professional and courteous. Pam communicated well with me on my concerns and what to expect. Excel rose to the occasion with temporary solutions. They were able to pull the bumper from my tire so I could drive my vehicle until the scheduled full repair, which was an amazing support to my family's needs. We needed my teenage son's attached handicap equipment. And I was under time pressure to get on the road due to intensive outpatient treatment for one my children in another town. The full job is now completed and well done! I definitely recommend Excel.”

“Angie was amazing! Everyone was so kind, caring and patient with me after my car accident. I live in Indianapolis and crashed my car in Marion. They were nice enough to keep my car at the shop without charge until I was able to travel back to Marion after the accident. They said "take all the time you need" so that I could deal with my insurance. The even put me in contact with someone to purchase my totaled car for parts. This shop went above and beyond!”

“It didn't start out good. I tried a week ago to get tires that were ordered a week in advance. When they went to put the tires on they realized they had 2 tires of the size I ordered and 2 slightly bigger. This was not the fault of the Marion store, but of the supplier. So I had to wait another week and make the 16 mile trip again. On a good note, I don't ever remember having tire work done anywhere and then checking the tire pressure afterwards and it being anywhere near correct to what is on the door jam sticker on the car. I always wondered why this is. You would think of all places a shop working with tires would know the importance of correct tire pressure. I guess most places just don't care and just blast some air into (they are usually way over inflated).I was sitting where I could see my car up on the lift. I noticed the tech opened the car door and looked to where I know the psi sticker is at. He even came back and checked it a second time. The car has not been driven since yesterday so I checked the tire pressure today. They were all the same. They were 1.5 psi less than the door spec. That could be the difference in my electronic tire gauge and theirs. I know he tried to match the door sticker because I saw him check it. So kudos to the tech.I would recommend this tire shop and would go here again.”
