My fiance went in today (12/18/2023) for his CVC axel differentials and the guy he talked to acting like he didn't know anything and didn't know what my fiance was talking about and acting like we were wasting his time and he was very rude and very unprofessional and told us that well good luck with finding that part for that kind of price. Very disappointed

These folks were awesome! Seth helped us correctly identify the problem & then proceeded to install the part in the parking lot for us, after which he double checked everything to make sure we were good-to-go. If you’re in Marion Indiana, this is definitely the go-to auto parts store!

Too far out, expensive and the help isn't very friendly. But you can get tools there that you can't get at other auto parts stores. Only reason it gets 2 stars.

Although I did not find the part I needed at this location I really appreciate the attention and detail I was given to buy tech named Jeremy. Jeremy was able to think outside the box and use other resources to research my needed part. Unfortunately it is a dealer issue.
