Chris Young & his crew are fast, friendly and thorough. I'm from Tennessee visiting and they've taken good care of me. I've had new tires, alignment, tire rotation and an oil change over the last several months as I've gone back & forth. They're full service so any time I'm in Marion they're my go-to 'Best One' place !!!

I've been here before and they're wait times are always awful. Today I waited 2 hours for a simple tire change. I knew there were people ahead of me but once all those people were taken care of, they started pulling in cars that came in after me. After the 3rd car that came after me got pulled in, I said something. The manager told me I was next but that it would still be a while cause everyone was at lunch. This was at 2pm. Wasted half my day there, made me late for work, and never even got my tire done. I just got my money back at left. I should have known better. The two other times I got tires there I waited 3hours one time and 5 hours the other time. Both those times I had appointments. Unless you like wasting an entire day, go someplace else. They don't even have better prices than other shops.

I went in for an oil change and stayed in the lobby for the duration of it (45 minutes). Afterwards, I drove two minutes to work, not giving much attention to the fact that my driver's side window was randomly left a few inches open. When I pulled into the parking lot and parked, I went to roll up my window to find out that it was stuck and off track.(For context, I've had the car since 2019 and have never experienced this issue. The window also worked like normal on my way to Best-One and was rolled up all the way when I gave them my keys.)Within the next 30 minutes, after talking with my co-workers I decided to go back up there to tell them about the issue and get it fixed. They ended up charging me $65 for the repair. I told them that I've never had this issue before and my window worked fine before coming in. It's obvious that this broke while it was in their possession. They told me that it jammed while they were working on my car but of course they didn't mention this the first time.Could it have been an accident, or something bound to happen? I guess? But if you bring your car someplace with a functional mirror, working window, or inflated tire, and leave with a cracked mirror, broken window, or flat tire, you shouldn't be the one paying for the repair. I will not be coming back.

I had my brakes repaired last year and fast forward to this spring. Something was off. After getting them repaired they proactively applied warranty coverage (which I didn’t know I had), and I was taken care of without a charge. Impeccable.

My adult daughter's Kia Soul was having problems; stalling while she was sitting at stop lights and not starting again. Since I live over 70 miles away, I had her take it to this place for diagnosing. After taking it to them twice with no fix, we brought it back to my house for my local mechanic to work on it. In one visit, he had it diagnosed and fixed. Best One Tire & Auto Care quite obviously did not take my daughter seriously or really try to diagnose the problem. Seems like they dismissed her rather than listen to her. What's even worse is that they charged her for a new battery when that wasn't even close to the problem. I would NEVER trust this place with anything. Horrible customer service that led to my daughter having to call for assistance more than once.

Best place to go for an oil change, tire repair, or anything other service your vehicle needs to keep you safe on the road. They repaired a tire of mine today that I thought for sure was a goner. Great group of gentlemen!

My friend's Facebook postI never post things on Facebook but I took my car to the store they done some work on it I leave the store I go to Anderson and my car starts making a terrible noise I thought like something was going out of the front end I get back home and later I had to go to Walmart a man stopped me at Walmart and said my tire was wobbling and about to come off so I park and called my son my son came and my left front tire only had three lug nuts on it and they were only put on with the finger my son had to tighten them all up and I had to go buy two more lug nuts this was a very serious mistake on the mechanics part that tire could have came off and I could have killed somebody or everybody it was in my vehicle I'm just saying be careful

Recently took my truck there for an alignment on November 14th, it started with me telling them there was a popping coming from underneath the truck, they told me they’d take a look at it, and that i would be able to pick it up in an hour or two. My appointment was at 2pm, and since it wasn’t going to take that long I decided to go grab something to eat over at Wendy’s. It reached 3:40 pm and they still didn’t take my truck back, so I called them, and now even though I could literally see my truck in the front parking lot, they told me that it was pulled around and they were looking at it as we spoke. That was clearly a lie. 4:30pm rolled around and I went into the waiting room, sat there for another 20 minutes before going up and asking them if my truck was done. Now this is we’re it gets good, they told me I was looking at about 493 dollars in parts because my right lower ball joint on the passenger side was VERY loose . So they didn’t do the alignment. I went home and jacked the truck up, ball joint wasn’t loose what so ever. BUT the driver side upper control arm bolts were loose, tightened them up, and the popping on my truck stopped. Decided to take it to the tire barn for an alignment, they said the same thing, ball joint had no play. So they would have charged me almost 500 dollars for something that wasn’t bad, it was a complete waste of my time. Would not recommend them to anyone.
