Some of the best, most efficient customer service I’ve had in town! Unfortunately I was in need of an estimate for an accident I was in - the team here was incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. Derek explained everything to me in layman's terms and made sure I was comfortable with proceeding with the repairs before taking action. The lady (Kyleigh) at the front desk was also so polite and orderly. I hope I don’t have to have a reason to come back again but I’m thankful they were there when I needed solid and timely help.

Had to wait over 8 months on a body part, Then had to wait another week because they ordered the wrong part Manager was supposed to call me . He never did so I had to call my insurance and have them talk to him . I'll never ever take a car back to this place are even get a estimate period . Beware.

Do not go here! I took my car there in August, they had it for a week, “fixed it” I picked it up and the speaker was out of my door. I took it back that next week to get that fixed. Then I took it back a week later because my door was rubbing my paint off, my hood was aligned crooked, and my fog lights didn’t work. They had it for a week, and didn’t touch anything. Then another week, still nothing fixed. Then another week, still nothing fixed. They told me it was done 5 times and it was not. They then lied to me about an employee because I told them I was taking my car to a new shop. Good customer service from the receptionist, but very very poor service.

Great Customer service they got my truck right in the day it was scheduled and stayed on it until it was finished when promised. 1 minor part delay that you couldn't see until it was disassembled but they still got ordered and still had it done on time. They constantly keep you updated on your vehicle everyday with progress reports so you know exactly what's going on. Everything alignment wise with the body lines looks great you can't even tell that someone backed into it.

Our insurance told us to take our van here. It’s been nothing but HELL since. It’s almost been a year and they are still doing work on it. At first I believed them when they said the parts they ordered just aren’t fitting and have to keep ordering and I have to keep taking my van in. But then I talked to insurance and they said caliber told them the job was completed yet caliber still has my car!!! They don’t know what they are doing and just spew lies out to try and get you to be patient and wait longer. Ridiculous business and will be getting a lawyer! Terrible management and customer service, and clearly don’t know how to fix broken vehicles!

Very friendly. Got my car fixed ahead of schedule. Looks very good. They kept me informed daily during the time they had my car.
Will definitely recommend them to others. I'm very satisfied with their work. Was surprised they even had my car washed and cleaned the inside.

I had a great experience didn’t cost to much they kept me informed almost everyday the day they said it was going to be done it was done that day the car was cleaned and vacuumed and the car was washed it was a great experience they were very professional and I felt comfort in knowing my vehicle was in great hands the paint job on my bumper match perfectly with my van and it is a 2010 vehicle I was shocked

All I can say is wow! From the way they handle the vehicles, their accommodating nature, and desire to really help you in your time of need, it is always a superb experience despite the situation that brings you there! Derek the Manager is a wealth of knowledge and really helps, Morgan the receptionist is amazing and so friendly whether it is on the phone or in person! The boys behind the scenes making it happen deserve their credit as well! They really do restore the rhythm of your life!
