Adopted a fur baby 2019 and was informed and is written on his paperwork that he is 1 year old. Took to vet he's is 9 years young. Also came down with kennel cough as was checked by a vet. Sanitary issues should be addressed and followed up on daily. After reading other reviews it shows a pattern of poor sanitary conditions. I'm glad I saved my fur baby from here, even as a senior he deserves a second chance.

A Friends friend on Facebook- her dog went missing for 3-4 days and in that time this place found her dog and put him down!!!

I called about 2 dogs that were repeatedly let loose in my neighborhood and the lazy male who answered lied and said they don't come out for strays and the dogs have to bite someone for them to take action because "if we came out for every stray we would be answering calls all day". I'm sorry I called and asked you to do your job! I don't want to see one of the many kids in my neighborhood get mauled because these people are lazy. How atrocious! If one of the kids in my neighborhood gets injured by these dogs, I know who to sue. Despicable! Not to mention the fact that the automated menu specifically states that picking up stray dogs is a service these people should be providing. Something is very wrong with this place!

Shame on all of you who were involved in the situation and beat that dog to death and left that poor family without their childhood dog over a selfish man. Nobody should bring their business to this cruel place as they do not have the right intentions or seem to care about these animals. If it happened once who’s to say this hasn’t happened multiple times undocumented? Very disappointing and sad to hear that story and everyone who hasn’t heard it should. These animals don’t have a voice for themselves unfortunately.

We picked our dog up from there & you can clearly tell he was beat. His elbows & paws were bleeding & he was not himself. Terrible place to take any animal!!!

Viciously beat a dog because a neighbor made a false report. They entered the owner’s backyard while they were not home, let the dog lose, chased her for 45 minutes, trapping the dog on the front porch and chocked her and beat the dog until there was one tooth left and the dog died of a heart attack. They then refused to return the body until a lawyer was involved. The dogs body was returned and an autopsy was preformed where the findings concluded that the dog died of being choked and beaten until a heart attack was induced. The neighbor who made the false report and the animal control has never faced justice for this.

Their is a nuisance dog that lives across the street from me all it does is bark all day and it's not even chained up so she is running the streets animal control has been called and has done nothing last Wednesday the dog was acting aggressive the kid was walking home from school and the dog started barking at him and chasing him across a busy street they were called twice when this incident happened and did nothing the police were also called and they did nothing
