My script was sent in last night. It is now 6p the next day, & it still isn't done! I called them & was on hold for an HOUR!!! I finally hung up! Time to find a new pharmacy!!

My prescription was called in at 8pm last night. It is now after 1pm the next day and no surprise, it still isn't finished yet. They can't work on it now because they are going to lunch. I absolutely feel like coming back to the pharmacy again because it takes them years to fill a single script. What happened to customer service? Wow...

Last week my doc faxed over 3 prescriptions to fill at this store. 24 hrs later we went there & they hadn't been filled yet. We had to come back 2 hrs later to pick them up. Yesterday the same thing happened to my husband. It took 24 hrs to fill his faxed order. When he got it home, he realized it's an injection kit. Pharmacist should have covered this with him but didn't. Tomorrow our daughter who is an RN is face-timing him to teach him how to do it. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. NOT HAPPY!

My husband called this location YESTERDAY (5/17/19) at 7:45pm to find out if his auto refill of Trulucity (that is already boxed & only requires a label to be picked up) was ready. The recording said it was "being processed". He went there today at 5:00pm & they told him it was "being worked on". He waited another 15 minutes for them to put a label on the box. This happens EVERY TIME we need meds. We have spoken to corporate who promised us gift cards we never got AND we were also sent an email promising a call from the store manager. I got a voice mail from her asking for a convenient time to call. I left her a voice mail with 3 dates & times & never heard back. This store is a total joke & if our MCR Supplement were not tied to CVS, we would NEVER walk in this store again. For ANYTHING!!!
