Fast friendly, but the price to get your taxes done is really high, we already pay high taxes anyways why not give people a break. They offer peace of mind and other stuff and that isn't as expensive as getting your taxes done.

Service was fast, easy and very friendly. Though I did feel it was over priced for my own personal, limited needs. All I had was a W2 and nothing to claim.
