I originally came here (when they were on the bypass) with a friend. He fixed her vehicle & she has never had an issue since. They fixed my car & was fast doing it & are very reasonable. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you In-N-Out!!

Poor customer service. Took my vehicle in for rattling noise on driver side front end. Vince called me later in the day to tell me he could only hear noise coming from my center console change holder. I explained to him again what I was hearing and where it was coming from again, said he would drive it again. Called me back an hour 30 min later to tell me still couldn’t hear anything. I go to pick up the car and the receptionist told on him and said reason he probably didn’t hear anything was he only drove it for a couple of minutes. They then charged me $30.62 for labor and a $1.38 hazmat fee for total of $32. Never took the time to look underneath the car/ not listed in their notes on my invoice. Then charge me a hazmat fee for what?? Don’t waste your time and or your money here.

Horrible service had car 3 weeks never kept in touch I had to reach out to them to even know what was Goin on never even called when car was done 1900 and car messed up 2 days later they didn't fix it correctly then warranted the work but didn't want to fix their mistake they were very rude said didn't care about my f---ing car had other plans and so did I that I didn't get to attend because they didn't see the importance of fixing something they didn't do right don't ever go there I wonder if they ever did what they told me they did also I'm still waiting for them to come get it 2 days nothing took it had someone look at it and they fixed it

This place is a joke 6 1/2 hrs on to tires they don't have any clue time management customer service is poor iv had mad service the last 2 times iv been here .

Be careful! Quoted $1400 of repairs because car wouldn’t start. The problem - negative connection on battery was loose! Problem fixed in about 5 minutes down the street at no charge. I’ll say it again, be careful.
