Excellent alternative to Aldi's Super nice employees Great prices on almost everything! Can use empty boxes or buy bags at store 25 cent carts often are passed from customer to customer here, but always have a quarter on you!
Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.
