I have been here a few times, most recently twice in the last week for two separate problems. I think they try their best to understand and treat you. I have always been pleased with the care I have received. They always give you instructions to follow up with your Dr if things don't improve.

Compared to fast pace this place is a million times better. Shorter check in times, more informative nurses/doctors and they even seem to care about patients (the ones I saw)

I was so impressed with this facility. It was sparkling clean and very efficient. I was seen promptly and my health care provider was professional and accurate in diagnosing my problem. I highly recommend MGH Express.
