My only hesitation is eSIM swap on visible takes 10 mins, and cricket might slower. Cricket is the best customer service by far when compared to Visible (my current carrier), Boost, MetroPCS. Finally, I'm looking for part time work so will likely apply too. Overall a positive visit ☺”

The worker was personable, very nice, and helpful but the waiting time was overly long. One person helping seven people waiting is excessive. Once he got to me he was great though!
