Normally this place is great, the place is clean and staff are relatively good, but last time they had up these coupons in the cat food and apparently they were expired, we went to use it and the women at check out was honestly quite rude about it. I understand not honoring expired coupons, but having it up IN THE ISLE and THEN being rude by continuously repeating "I'll take it down" in a snippy tone when someone asks if it was supposed to be there is certainly an interesting choice.

Petsmart of Marion is a clean and typical chain store. They have good inventory but prices are a little high compared to online or bulk stores. Customer service is friendly but checkout can be slow at times. Nothing exceptional but a good place to visit with your fur babies.

Good place to get your pet supplies. Just be weary of the amount of products they have available. Also very few associates to help out if I had any questions.
