I stopped by here to get some diesel and I left my company fuel card and some sunglasses at the pump. I called them later and got confirmation that they found them and would hold onto them for me. I made the nearly hour long drive there to get them only to be told they no longer had them. I don’t blame them for my mistake, but I blame them for wasting my time.
And somebody swiped my sunglasses after I was told they were in the office safe.

Typical trash pilot/flying j
Tiny cramped lots with zero room for error. Sleep with one eye open because it’s always a high chance someone will destroy your truck at one of these places. Also impossible to get out in the morning due to all the speds parking up in front of the already cramped spots, get ready to bang on doors. Only stop at this trash brand of truck stops when I’m forced otherwise it’s loves an TA strictly. I hate pilot/flying j with the most literal burning passion imaginable.

Small parking lot for trucks, lots of reserved. Not sure but the cleanliness or inside because I couldn't even find parking this time around.

The intercom music is way too loud. I was sleeping in my truck. I kept hearing music. I tried turning my radio off, but it wasn't on. It was the music blasting from the fuel island speakers. I won't sleep here again. We have choices where we can fuel.

They always have fresh food. Kind workers, Most of them know who me and my fiancé are and know exactly what we want when we come in! Super helpful! Definitely recommend

This Flying J has an entrance and exit completely different. You don't want to go out the same way you enter. I had the light to figure that out. I would recommend having a sign with lights for drivers who aren't familiar with this truck stop. To exit, you want to stay to the right and follow it out. For example, if you're exiting the fuel station, stay to the right. There's a decent amount of parking. When you enter, you will see reserve parking 1st. Free parking will be in the back. I was impressed with how clean this truck stop was. The lounge room was big with comfortable chairs. You have a few washers and dryers. The restroom was clean, and there were plenty of snacks and drinks to stock up on. My food at Wendy's was fast. I probably waited less than 5 minutes. Overall, it's a good truck stop.

It’s a nice stop, my only issue is the truck parking is very on brand Pilot/flying J. It would be best if the lot was angled for driver side backing. The back row might as well be bobtail only otherwise good luck not getting backed into. Smh.

My father in law, my husband, and I came in for showers and they had 2 shower doors opened dirty and where is everyone at you may ask 2 girls were busy talking in the cooler stock area, 1 at the register said he can't do anything about the showers that's not his area WE WAITED 2 HRS FOR 2 SHOWERS THATS CRAZY

The changes to your coffee cups are VERY SAD!! CHEAP!! Coffee dripped out the bottom all over me. Also lids are cheap too. Will not be stopping here again for coffee. It was one of my favorite stops.
