This location has the worst customer service and staff I have ever seen anywhere. They're rude, don't listen, and uneducated on their own products and promotions. The service is already not that great and the prices are even worse. Seriously need to revamp the entire staff in this building because you're going to lose customers because of them. They should all be ashamed of themselves honestly.

I received exemplary service from a field tech person today. The young man's name is Edgar. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient with servicing my transfered connection, he was also very pleasant, and respectful! So, Edgar I want to commend you for your excellent customer service, wearing your shoe covers when you entered my home, and for your tech savvy performance. Easy to turn in equipment and close our account. Although they gave me a great deal to stay on. I said 'I called to get a inexpensive package and was denied' She said Sorry, you should have came in to talk to us. ??? Too late. We already have a good deal. Spectrum kept raising our package cost. $256 a month for 3 in 1 package is too much.

My tech Donald did a terrific job this morning. Unfortunately he had to run new lines outside and one inside but got up all replaced and my services up and running. He was very nice and courteous. My service was to be switched on Friday to my new address but I had to wait until Tue for it to be on. Thanks Donald!

I cannot tell you how absolutely WONDERFUL Spectrum has been to work with out odd Marion, IN. EVERYBODY from customer service to the technicians have been courteous, efficient and professional - especially since my newly rehabbed apartment at Historic Gallatin Square has been having issues (but don’t let that dissuade you from considering this location - on-site management is currently on flex schedule but they are very responsive and I am hopeful that things are leveling off regarding this Herron property). I wish I could name every customer rep and tech by name but I’d be afraid of leaving someone out. Give this business a try and please, Spectrum CEOs - please forego your raises to make sure that all your deserving staff get paid a LIVABLE wage! Thank you!

Internet service itself was generally good. However, cancelling due to too many price increases was a nightmare. I had to wait 45 minutes to just hand in the router in person. Then they billed me for the following month stating that it was not prorated and the billing period began the first of the month. Until I cancelled, it always began on the 18th and I cancelled on the 13th. Waiting to see if they try this again next month.

This store in Marion, In. has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable employees. Roman was the associate that helped us with our tv package and also hooked us up with phones and mobile service. Roman was very friendly and knowledgeable has he talked and walked us through our options. Would definitely recommend this location for your television and mobile services. Roman was definitely went over expectations.
