overall, I am pretty satisfied with the bank and how they do things, but the only complain I have is sometimes it takes about 10 minutes to get a video banker on the kiosk before getting help so they need to hire a few more employees to help in that aspect but otherwise it's pretty good.

Vicki was very helpful . I had a CD mature and wanted changes made . I was out of state and she sent me the forms and guided me in the signing . It was easy and she was very professional . I love Star Bank and would Never change my banking . They are amazing.

Went in to have them help me navigate purchasing my new home.
Beth was extremely helpful and explained it every step of the way. Made something very nerve wracking so easy and simple. She also followed up with me to let me that we had a confirmation number for the wire and see if I had any other questions.
She is a definite asset to the Bank and I cannot thank her enough for her help.
