Stonecrest Manor is a manufactured home community located just three miles from Downtown Marion. It is described as a unique, very nice, and very clean place with beautifully landscaped grounds. The community sits inside a great school district and is near shopping and dining. New owners and management have made many improvements to spruce up the place, adding new mobile homes. The new manager seems promising, upfront, and honest, while the office staff is noted as eager to help, very nice, and respectful. The new maintenance person is also described as awesome. These positive changes are a shift from past reviews. A noted downside is the high lot rent that seems to go up, which can feel random. However, the management has been willing to meet residents partway to address issues. Overall, the community is seen as greatly improved, with contemporary amenities and a pleasant, efficient experience for potential residents.

Staff is very friendly! Ginger was very helpful and excited to get us in a new place. The new owners/company does an excellent job with application process to ensure you're moving into a safe and clean neighborhood. We are happy to be here!

Ginger made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She has a great personality. Very pleased new my new home.

Very nice place to live . I loved my view . People are very friendly and helpful in the office . Miss it out here . Only reason I’m not still here is because of my daughter. I would definitely recommend this place to live .
