Traveling from Chicago to Indianapolis, we had a tire blow out, on a SUNDAY. This location closed within 20 min of me calling. I was able to call and pay over the phone and get my tire! Very grateful for them and their help

I randomly got a flat tire and needed one asap. They were able to help and get me in and out quickly. The only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 starts was that they didn’t put my spare back where it’s supposed to go so I’ll have to wrangle that myself at some point. But the guy at the desk was quick and friendly, which I appreciate!

Driving from Alabama to Michigan this Saturday 8/31/24, we had a flat tire in our rental SUV. It was about 4:30pm and we called the Tire Barn first as they were the closest to us. They closed at 5:00 and we made it there just before. Cody was the guy working the front desk. He got us in to patch the tire ASAP. The guys in the back had our car fixed and we were back on the road within 15 minutes.
These 3 guys were life savers for us. If I lived in this town, Tire Barn Warehouse would absolutely be my go to place for all my vehicles !!! Great job guys, I hope the owners see this and realize they have a special crew working for them.

If I could give them a "0"" stars I would. These folks say that if you buy tires from them, they will make repairs for free on those tires. Untrue. The manager has no customer care skills. The empty parking lot says everything.
