The guy that helped me was not the most pleasant. Wasn’t rude but seemed very impatient because I forgot my return code and had to look it up on my daughter’s phone.

Extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not just with myself but I witnessed the staff be super patient and helpful with elderly customers not sure how to access return info on their phones. So responsive and helpful never making customers feel slow or incapable!! What a pleasant experience on a super busy day!!!

Sweet young woman helped me send my package. Once I got to my car blood sugar dropped suddenly, ate my emergency crackers but it kept dropping to dangerous levels. I went inside to see if they had snacks to sell, but they didn’t. However, the employees shared their personal snacks with me. I sat in the car eating their snacks and after 30 minutes it was safe for me to drive. Without their generosity I might have ended up in the hospital or worse. I have never had such kindness from 3 strangers. Thank you!

Older American here and 1st time returning Amazon.. to say I was nervous would be exceptionaly true. I got extremely lucky on getting Adam behind the counter this morning. He guided me through the process even asked nicely to use my phone for set up. Overall very good service! Good job Adam and UPS store

I have to send many packages due to one adult child lives on the West coast and one lives on the East coast. Every time I have been to the Marion, IN location I have always been given very courteous service. They are knowledgeable and give good advice on how to send some of the packages I have had to send. My packages always arrived on time and safe. I am so thankful for our UPS store in Marion, IN!
