Bought one of their 8.5 x 20 ft enclosed trailers. At first thought it was a nice trailer but after 9 months of owning I have changed my mind. This tnt trailer is a complete pile. Absolutely disgusted I paid 18k for this pile and now stuck with it. It's always covered and everything is rusting already, nothing is straight, the doors don't seal or close right, the siding has been put together so poorly after the summer heat they have been separating at the seems, horrible welds, spare tire mount came stripped out, anchor points not secured to the frame, and the safety chain mounts look like an after thought. I would never recommend their trailers to anyone looking a for a quality trailer. It's sad that nobody takes pride in any of their products anymore.

I have been with Novae for 15 plus years and I work for 2 amazing owners that do everything they can to help improve your work along with improving you as a person. I also can't say enough about the people I work with everyday. Great place to work.

Not bad of a place to load. They have a indoor building with overhead crane to load trailers. Girl that loaded me was very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a Sure-trac car hauler 18ft 7k, at the end of July. When I picked it up I noticed a spot where the powdercoat was gone by one of the d-rings and starting to rust. At the time I had planned on hauling scrap trucks with it over the next couple weeks, so I figured it was going to get messed up worse, so I didn’t worry about it. I didn’t end up hauling scrap trucks like I had planned on, but I hauled a car a couple of weeks later at which time I noticed that the powdercoat looked like it was starting to pop apart on the dimondplate fenders. I called Petoskey RV USA (where I purchased it from) and the service guy told me to bring it by (which I did) so he could take some pictures to see what we had to do to get it fixed. In the mean time I bumped it with a piece of dock and took a small chunk of the “powdercoat tuff” powdercoat off. I waited for a few weeks and never heard anything back, so I called him and was told he had talked to sure-trac and was waiting for a response as to the next step. So I waited for a few more weeks and still didn’t hear anything, so I called the manufacturer directly. After talking to the receptionist, who wanted me to call my dealer, which I had already done, she finally let me talk to a guy in the warranty department. He said he hadn’t saw anything come through on my trailer, but he would check with the sales guy for that area (who was out of town till the following week). I have yet to hear anything from anyone. It is now December and this conversation with the manufacturer happened in September. So needless to say I am not very happy about any of this process at the moment.

I have currently worked for this company since may of 2017, an it's one of the better companies that I've worked for. They give you 7 points an vacation is pro rated so you earn it as you work which is how it should be. I've seen and heard a lot of bad talk about Novae an honestly I think it's either people that don't want to work or people that break company policies over an over and over again. Management gives employees that break company policies multiple opportunities to learn an improve, because they would rather see someone improve themselves rather than kick them to the curb for someone else to deal with them. Novae is a good place to work that give employees plenty of opportunities to grow and expand within the company. Believe me it's a job an it does have its days where I want to rip my hair out, but it's a job and that's how it's going to be anywhere you work, I just have less days like that an that's why I stay

A one star rating for this company is still too much to give. My fiancé has worked here for over 3 years now, and what started off as a promising improvement has turned into an utter disappointment. Over the past 3 years they have slowly but surly treated their employees worse with each passing year. They have a high turnover rate, which at first we were just attributing to “bad” employees, but we now understand that it’s not because of bad employees, it because of awful management. Between the sucky insurance that seems to somehow get worse every year, the vacation time that is almost nonexistent thanks to their “improvements” the points system that they keep changing and now the raises they have diminished, you’d be better off working full time at a fast food restaurant. Seriously, I’m not meaning that in a derogatory way. The raises for the most part use to be a dollar a year. This year however, they have switched their systems and have decided to reward their employees with piss-poor raises, causing even the best of them to start looking for other jobs. Save yourself the frustration, stress and disappointment and DO NOT work for this company. Even the most seasoned employees are leaving now. Good news I guess if you’re looking for something just to get by until you find a better job, because they are looking for a lot of welders now!

I sell Novae's trailers. Of all the companies I deal with, this company is better managed and the products well engineered. I highly recommend Novae's products
