Pumps were so slow that you stop watching the pump and then gas is flowing all over the ground.. no stops to the pumps.. we weren't the only costumers this was happening to.. also the women's bathroom toilet doesn't flush and was really dirty..

Hello Subway/Phillips66 Team,
I wanted to reach out regarding a visit I had a while ago. When I came in, I was trying to decide what to order because I did intend to buy a sub. During that time, I was asked to leave, and I wasn’t sure why. I wasn’t trying to cause any trouble—I only wanted to purchase something.
Since it has been some time, I just wanted to check if I am still welcome to return to your location as a customer. I’d also like to share that during my visit, the interaction with staff felt a bit unfriendly, and it left me unsure about how I was perceived.
I appreciate your time in reading this, and I’d be grateful if you could clarify the situation.

I pulled into an empty pump and there were plenty of empty pumps around when I pulled in. I chose the closest one and did not realize that it was the only diesel pump. After parking I checked my phone and there was an emergency that I started to deal with, and I admit that it took my attention and I was unaware of my surroundings. I was on my phone for 20 minutes. I did not realize there was a diesel truck waiting to use the pump until someone approached my vehicle and started yelling at me. I understand being upset, and I was in the wrong for not pulling out of the pump to deal with the emergency, and I immediately rolled down my window to apologize and say I was unaware that I was causing an issue. The owner/employee whoever he was proceeded to yell at me and curse at me and act like he had no emotional regulation whatsoever. Me apologizing should have been the end of it and I'm absolutely disgusted that a grown man would treat a woman or any other individual this way. Again I was in the wrong for holding up the pump but treating other people with respect and kindness should be the baseline and shame on you for thinking it's ok to yell at someone the way you did. I would have said that to your face but my partner told me that if you're ok yelling at a woman that way then you're trash and nothing I can say will change your mind and he does have a point.

Eh. It was clean enough. Just came here to drop the kids off at the pool.
Bonus they had an old condom machine in the bathroom. So if you're too embarrassed to buy a name brand condoms you can take your chances with Chinese gas station condoms! Yeah baby! Literally!
Gas was fine too I guess.

Bathrooms decent, but I hate how they do not list the price of any goods, rather simply place a barcode instead as if that is at all useful to customers.
Probably would have bought snacks if I knew the price.

Stopped in and used the restrooms and I felt like it was a third world country. Blood on sink in women's restroom (per wife), men's restroom smelled bad and the floors look like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The soap dispenser was off the wall and the entire experience in the restroom was just subpar.

Came here a few weeks ago for a pit stop to go to the bathroom on the drive home after vacation. The bathroom was very gross and it felt like a murder scene. I think there was mold going on the vent. ?
