I don’t like leaving negative reviews at all, but my car has been here for 4 months.After a couple of months dealing with the warranty company, we finally were able to get the money sent & fix approved in January - but the car still sits.For weeks, they were just waiting on the part - yet, I call Tom Wood Honda & they have them readily available. Now I call & there was an unforeseen loss in one of the mechanics families’.. I just feel like I’m being brushed off & messed with.I have no idea why this would benefit a company, & I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I’m in a tight spot and have even offered to pay extra just to get my vehicle prioritized.

Steven was very personable and professional, he really knows his stuff. He was upfront with me on some issues on my truck that would need attention sooner than later and he also made the warranty claim process extremely easy. He was very fast with getting repairs done and the communication about issues was the best I've had a mechanic. I was a damsel in distress on Memorial Day morning in Pendleton, IN heading back to SD when my van died and would not start. Thinking that it was probably my battery. I called my mechanical engineer son who thought the same thing. I called Lorne at Auto Zone and he contacted Steven whom came to my rescue. Steven determined yes, I needed a new battery. He got my van started and followed me to make sure I got to Auto Zone ok for them to install a new battery. He also told Lorne to check the alternator after the new battery was installed. The alternator was not charging. Another call to Steven to see if he could install the alternator for me. Which he did at a VERY reasonable price. Thank you Steven for coming to my rescue.
