I come to the car wash occasionally for an automatic touchless car wash or automatic car wash with brushes. The soap NEVER works in the washes and my car is still dirty after the wash. I’ve left notes on the door etc with no phone call or return message back. I keep coming back because it’s close to my house and in hopes he fixes the problem. I think from now on I’ll be making little farther trip for a better wash. FIX YOUR CAR WASH AND SOAP PROBLEMS VIC SPINA!

Terrible service! Try to avoid this car wash. They never respond to emails, or phone calls. There are much better car washes everywhere!

Most of the time, it is great, but occasionally they run out of soap, and don't return calls.
Their loss, I went to crew for about 8 months. 8x$16× 3 vehicles

I used the self service option to wash my truck and it scratched all the paint with their brush. I used the foam brush. Can’t reach anyone to discuss.

Paid for the best wash, 18$…doesn’t even look as though my car was even washed. Won’t ever return, shame I didn’t have the money to waste but car needed it. Don’t visit!!!

Very poor car wash. Did not rinse my vehicle properly. Soap and wax left all over it. Won't do any good to call the owner he never responds. It's a rip off don't go

It ripped the whole antenna off my truck! Been there many times but this is ridiculous! Still waiting on a call back from owner 6/30/24

If I could give a negative star, I would. I've called 4 times in the last 2 days, trying to get a refund for the wash that accepted my card but would not operate... I proceeded to the next wash and paid for it, and it worked fine. I needed somebody from this establishment to call me to get my refund. It can't be that hard to answer the phone and authorize a refund. The receipts were minutes apart so they could see that it was broken.
I need someone from this place to call me back, or I will pursue further action, and it will cost them more than the measly $18 that I'm out for the wash.

If I could give this wash negative stars I would. One is it charged a higher amount in the self cleaning bay than indicated.
Two is the soft touch literally drizzled water on the truck and that was it. I paid the top price and I didn’t receive anything but water. What a big disappointment! So sad!

Plan a half of a day to get your car wash here. Slowest car wash in the country and does a terrible job cleaning.

Payment terminal indicated $6 charge for self wash bay, instead charged $10. The hose is not connected properly and was streaming tire wash onto my jacket, shoes, hat, and at one point almost dripped into my eyes. The drain in the center is clogged with mud and puddled to the point I was standing in it. Avoid at all costs, the owner obviously doesn't care.

I have used this business in the past but their recent show of support for insurrectionists and facist has made me decide to never support this business again. Drive by on Poston Rd. and you will see what I’m referring to.
