Least reliable pharmacy in Martinsville. Polite staff, but extremely short handed. Pharmacy may close without notice on a given day. Frustrating and unacceptable. Waited 1 hour 43 mins on hold, spanning 3 phone calls. Would never choose them again, and am switching pharmacies. One star pharmacy, plus an extra star just because I feel bad for the overworked staff.

Pharmacist Angela Swiezy has no place dealing with the public. Worst addition to the store's staff. Sadly, her demeanor makes me not trust her which is something you don't want from a care provider. Everyone else in the pharmacy is awesome. Thank you Kim, Wendy, Jana and Kelly.

I switched to Meijer cheaper and better customer service. Not to mention they actually fill my meds on times with no questions asked unlike this place.

This store puts the S-L-O-W in slow. Still sitting in the drive thru line after 38 minutes. We were only 4th in line when we started. Never again. They have lost our pharmacy business. Update after finally leaving...we learned they were allowing people to do COVID tests in the drive thru with no warning to those just trying to fill prescriptions. Had they had the consideration to warn us with a sign, we would have gone inside instead lf losing an hour in a line of 4 cars.....a line which was at least 9 cars long when we left. Rude management and a rude pharmacist failing to apologize for our long wait. Shop elsewhere if possible.
