Pharmacy currently closed because apparently everybody in the pharmacy had a wedding to go to today. Glad I don't need any major medicine or maybe a message sent to All customers notifying them of this.

Little kids behind the pharmacy counter think it’s funny to mess up peoples prescriptions, and the drive thru is never open. Avoid this place if possible.

Stopped at 8pm on a Friday night. No sign on the door but the doors were locked. Hours on the door and website claim they close at 10pm. I understand closing early for staffing or emergencies but let people know! Even a sign on the door would do!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has been Tybee worst cvs I have dealt with since I have been going to a cvs. They need people yet won't hire anyone and give a chance but the ones they are hiring don't last.

DO NOT GET YOU MEDICATION FILLED AT THIS CVS. THEY ARE HARDLY EVER OPEN. AND WHEN YOU'R MEDICATION ARE LIFE OR DEATH THEY DON'T CARE THEY DON'T SEND YOU A NOTICE SAYING THEY WON'T BE IN TOMORROW

The store manager was very pleasant and very helpful! The store was definitely one of the more put together and organized of the CVS stores I typically go to. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been a cvs customer for years. Recently moved to Martinsville & transferred Rx from my Indy pharmacy. Awful experience. For some reason when my Rx is due, the Indy cvs tells me or auto fills. Martinsville cvs doesn’t and I’ve had one Rx “in process” for over a week. I do not care about the staffing excuse. Either pay more or figure out why it’s bad working there. I’m exploring Amazon pharmacy now because I don’t want getting meds to take up/waste my time. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome.

Cant get anyone on the phone. Short Staffed, impossible to get medications filled without going there personally and asking them to "Rush" the order. Have had medication processing for over a week.

Not even worth the one star. They used to have prescriptions filled a week or two in advance, now it's an hour long wait for a 3 person line and a precounted package of birth control with 6 to 7 workers behind the counter. Close this dump already! Zero Stars!

This CVS has definitely gone "downhill" in 2023. I would give it zero stars if possible. I consistently have to visit this CVS multiple times to get critical prescriptions filled and pick them up (plus they generally don't have prescriptions ready for pick up at the time they tell you to return after an initial visit). This week it took a phone call plus 4 visits on 4 separate days to get a prescription for my aging mother. Staff is often rude when you point out you have come in multiple times and your medication is still not available. The drive through has been randomly closed without warning for months, and recently the entire pharmacy has been closed multiple times all day unexpectedly. It has literally become impossible to count on picking up a critically needed prescription here as you don't know if the pharmacy will be open that day. l value my time, need to pick up meds without multiple visits and significant delays, and thus will start using a different pharmacy.Update 11/15/23: This CVS has descended to new lows; my disabled mother who doesn't drive had a prescription sent here and then spent *2 hours*waiting on hold to speak to someone to get it "rushed" (since that's the only way this pharmacy actually fills prescriptions, speaking to someone in the pharmacy). She never got an answer and finally hung up. The store manager, Melanie, says that the pharmacy can't answer the phone when there are people waiting in line (drive through is always closed at this point). Melanie also guaranteed me that the District Manager would call me 3 weeks ago; naturally that never happened. Tonight she told me to call corporate and complain. The in person line in was 15 people deep (no drive through).I suggest every person who has a problem with this pharmacy ought to complain to the store manager *every time* and request a call back.

This review doesn’t reflect the staff at this location. This review is for corporate. People are unable to obtain their medications and the pharmacy is behind due to staffing shortages. I know from personal experience how you guys treat staff. Overworked, underpaid. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. People depend on you for a service for their medicine. Maybe if you didn’t treat your pharmacy technicians and pharmacists like trash this wouldn’t be happening. This pharmacy is constantly closed and no longer offers drive thru and is not open on Sunday. You guys make so much profit but yet still continue to do people like this. Get it together and maybe you wouldn’t see such a high turn over rate and more employees would stick around. I really hope that eventually this catches up to you.
