Got my taxes done a whole hour before my appointment time, got a MUCH bigger refund than I was expecting, even with living out of state for 6 months. Outstanding. 10/10 would recommend. My rep is Derek.

While I don't completely agree with the prices, the business has to make money right? Very friendly atmosphere, respectful, and intelligent tax preparers, who will go out of their way to maximize your refund, even with an entire family in the lobby screaming like monkeys. I would recommend to those who don't mind spending a little money to maximize your return.

I had originally made a 5 star post praising Jackson hewitt for heir service. As of today my views have changed. Every individual I have spoken to in customer service today has been rude and outright disrespectful. Based on my experience today H&R Block just got a new customer.

Best place to go for taxes!! Have been a customer for many years and it has always been a very friendly and amazing experience from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Recently filed and had my two little girls with me and of course they wound up bored while there and another agent went over and started playing with my girls to keep them occupied while I received my help. I had already rescheduled my appointment twice and walked in close to closing time and they had no issue with still helping me out! Love this place, I am customer for life!
