Great store with many great deals! Also, enjoy getting the fuel points especially during these crazy times!

This location doesn't have the selection that the ones in Bargersville or Franklin have. They also don't have enough cashiers and baggers here. We always end up having to bag our own groceries here. If you don't have enough employees to run this location properly then just shut it down.

I'll admit I only visit this Kroger if I have to... the selection is just not the same as the location on 135 just north of Bargersville. It's getting better, but it didn't help that the other grocery store (besides Walmart) in town closed. Lines can get long and they just don't carry several of the items we buy. Plus the parking lot is a pain.

I love how they are making an effort to have gluten free on the price tags as it makes it so much easier to shop. I was recently so excited to find that they had gluten free corn dogs. They also have gluten free waffles which I use as sandwich bread since it tastes better than gluten free bread.

Poorly run. First time I went there a guy had 51 (yes, 51 I counted) in the 20 item or less aisle. When I complained to the employee he said they have been told not to stop that behavior because it might upset a customer. Uh, what? So better to upset me and the others he inconvenienced? I was there again around 6pm last Saturday. Picked up a pie container and it was coated with a sticky substance. Noticed many empty shelves as I walked around. Couldn't find any fish sticks which was one of 2 things I was there to buy. Noticed a bottle of an average tequila is about $3 more than nearby stores. Doubt I'll go to this store much

I was shopping there yesterday. The cashier noticed that the Kroger brand English muffins I put on the belt were chewed through. She blamed it on kids, but frankly, the kids would have to be 4' or taller. I'm very sure it was damaged by mice. Last year before the health department gave them bad marks for mouse infestation, I had Kroger brand bagels with mouse damage. So, both tomes, it was Kroger brand breads. Coincidence? Anyway, if I can see where mice have been, I'm sure there are many other places in the store that they are visiting. I'm going to have to shop somewhere else.

I love Melinda! I normally don't shop at this Kroger, but today I did, and your cashier Melinda made my day. Little does she know that this has been a rough month emotionally, personally and a rough week dealing with poor customer service or rude encounters. She brings the shine and demonstrates everything a customer service rep should represent! In society today we don't have many like Melinda, my interaction with her was fabulous truly a humble and happy and extra mile person! Kudos to whoever hired Melinda and Melinda is you ever read this I wish you many blessings! Thank you for your hospitality on 09/26/19 Martinsville Kroger

My husband tried to use the shop and pick up, did not receive what he asked for... the girl lied about talking to him about replacement. Did not get the discount. Ended up returning the food. Customer Service with millennial is not good. Always out of “specials†even when you go in after midnight the day of... just sad If we could go somewhere else we would but Walmart is just as bad.

today we went in for meat and a few items. Now I'm normally not a coupon person but pepperidge farm sent me a $5.50 one for certain products. I got both and our cashier Debbie became the coupon hater and would not allow me to go up to the $5.50. Stated Kroger only allows one item, wow I'm writing pepperidge farms also. Then we try to leave and our steaks set off an alarm. How embarrassing. I'm done they are rude to the customers and it has become so dirty.

So, with the new classification on Ground Chuck, I have to say that there is absolutely no beef flavor. I spent $380 there on Wednesday. Though I like some of the improvements to the store, the selection and quality has definitely been degraded. Value Market in Mooresville - much better quality, and less expensive.
