Martinsville Candy Kitchen is a wonderful place and a treasure in its small town. The sweet smells fill the air, matched by the amazing, hand-made candy. They make all their candy, including special treats like sugar cream pie and fantastic candy canes in flavors like spearmint and cinnamon. Store-bought ones do not come close. The ice cream is also great and the best in town. It is a cute little place where you can watch them make the candy, creating memories that last a lifetime. The staff and owner are always very friendly, kind, helpful, and personable with big smiles. People drive from an hour away to visit and find it well worth the trip. It is a fantastic place with really nice people, highly recommended as the best there is. Customers plan to come back every year.
Best banana bread I’ve ever had! Lots of sweet choices to have in one very nostalgic candy store. Especially the many choices of Blue Bell ice cream to try on a hot summer day. Great place to go back to feeling like a kid in a candy store again…😋

Awesome candy store now 107 years old. Lots of memorabilia to see. Very old time charming. And… good candy! We tried a selection of candies made in house, and all were excellent.
