“My family was in the process of moving across the country when the day prior to leaving our vehicle suddenly started making a strange clunking sound when braking. after calling 4 other auto shops who would not be able to even look at the vehicle for 3-7 days, my wife contacted Joe’s. When she told Joe that we were literally selling our house and moving across the country and supposed to leave that next day, Joe immediately said I can’t let you go across the country without having it looked at and squeezed us in the very next morning.
