“Staff it’s always hard to get in contact with but reasonably priced but you will be lucky to find unit available good security good area I do like the automated system that they have in the last to provide for your storage units they keep the property very well-maintained and clean they do allow a grace period on late fees and late times and if a mistake is made on your billing they are quick to correct it but if you’re trying to contact them by phone normally you have to leave a message and wait for a callback which personally I don’t like but if you’re using the automated system at the check-in kiosk works perfect and the person on the other end it’s helping you are usually very knowledgeable and very polite”

“This self storage complex is located behind Walmart on Grand Valley Blvd. We were able to rent online and had our unit in like 10 minutes. We decided to go with the 5 x 10 which is $59 a month. The rental is month by month so no contract and you can cancel at anytime. This is perfect for our situation since the rental could be for one month or possibly several.We were told that we could get a padlock at the kiosk located at the location. Unfortunately the internet was down when we arrived and the system was unable to connect. We made a call and we are happy to say that they had someone on site who placed a lock inside our storage unit right away so we were able to drop off the stuff and lock up the unit. The unit was clean and more than large enough for our needs. The ceiling was really high and after standing a mattress up, it was far from reaching the ceiling. If we had a complaint it would be that you have to use the same 8 digit code we used to enter the units just to exit the facility. We think we should be able to just exit without using our passcode since we already used it to enter. Anyway the prices are reasonable, the location worked well for us, and so far couldn't be happier with our choice.”

“Very helpful staff. Good prices. I stop in frequently for boxes and supplies for our long distance move. They also have business cards of people to help you pack. Save your receipts for the boxes and they may be bought back. I am now renting an outside storage to get the boxes out of my garage. They had a bogo the day I went in to rent space. Always check to see if they have a special. My daughter rented here two years ago. We moved her (and the boxes) to the Detroit area with one of their U-Haul trucks. We drove, unpacked, and dropped the truck off near her new apartment. Not a bad experience at all. Driving: 1.75 hours Loading/Unloading: 7 hours”
“I rented a small unit for 7 years with Loft Mini Storage and had a great experience! (Addition of a new mini barn on our property eliminated my need for a storage unit.) The facilities are well-maintained, and are closely monitored with security cameras. The monthly rate was extremely reasonable, far less than “chain” storage facilities. The owners are local business people, and manager/owner Dana was always very responsive to my texts. I definitely recommend Loft Mini Storage!”
