“Whereas Instacart shoppers would send me photos clearly showing the item I wanted as in-stock to prove that the item was not in stock, ordering delivery through Kroger itself was way smoother. Other than a single item that didn't arrive (Which required two clicks to refund) and out-of-stock items that actually reflected as out-of-stock on their website, everything went without any issue.
I've not yet ordered produce through the Kroger delivery simply because I've been burned so many times by Instacart and Walmart delivery services, but I may actually try it next time.”
